Description
After years of exploring the southern region of Tuscany and cooking in this region, we showcase the classics of the region with our hands-on cooking class. We’ll start by making fresh bread which will then be turned into bruschetta of the day, followed by Pici (pronounced peachy) a thick, hand-rolled pasta which is found specifically in this region of southern Tuscany, a delicious dessert and Cantucci to conclude the day. This is a fully hands on experience so great to do as a group (max of 8 participants), or come along and meet some other likeminded foodies to share the experience with. The day will begin at 10am with tea/coffee and freshly baked pastries, hands on cooking class concluding with a three course lunch including wine at the large dining tables.
Not suitable for gluten-free.
