With the abundance of authentic Asian ingredients now available many New Zealanders are appreciating the flavoursome dishes they have been enjoying in Asia for centuries. This class combines our increasing love of Asian food with our growing awareness of lighter, healthy eating, but without compromising on flavour.
We will create a five course menu incorporating food from all over the Asian continent – an absolute must for those wanting to increase their cooking repertoire and learn the tips and techniques on how to maximise those delicious Asian flavours. The day will start at 10am with tea / coffee and fresh treats from the kitchen and will finish around 4pm after a long lunch at the school’s dining table with matching wines.
