Ready to take your BBQ skills to the next level? In this class, we cover the essentials, from planning a menu to sourcing top-quality ingredients and creating mouthwatering marinades and mastering cooking temperatures for various meats.
We will also show you how to use the hot smoker and fire up the 200-year-old French oak wine barrel smoker to demonstrate how easy hot smoking food can be. We will also showcase the versatility of the BBQ by cooking homemade pizzas, grilling larger joints of meat and some top tips for creating the perfect steak.
After the demonstrations, we’ll take a seat around a large dining table to enjoy our creations, complete with fresh salads and a delightful dessert. A selection of beer and wine will accompany each dish. Join us for a fun, informative and delicious day at the cooking school.
