Description
Mediterranean cuisine has evolved over centuries and has always been about gorgeous fresh produce, maximising flavours and textures. Join us for an inspiring day where we will demonstrate a five course menu from around the Med using all of the great produce from around the Peninsula and show you how easy it is to replicate these in your own home. After the mornings demonstrations we will move to the large dining table and eat each delicious dish with matching wines. The day will start at 10am and conclude around 4pm.
