Description
Everyone loves the holidays but there are always meal times to consider – lots of hungry mouths to feed and friends popping in for a catch up which often turns into lunch or dinner. This can be a bit daunting at times especially if you are in your holiday home without your usual pantry available so come along and learn a great repertoire of easy to prepare dishes that are sure to impress your family and friends. We will cover essentials for the pantry so that at the drop of a hat you can put a tasty, healthy feast together with very little fuss.
We will create a delicious five course menu which will be demonstrated and everyone will then move to the large dining table to enjoy each course along with matching wines. The day will begin at 10am with freshly baked treats from the kitchen and conclude around 4pm.
