Our Christmas Banquet cooking class will completely sort out your upcoming Christmas Day menu. The class steers away from the traditional wintry European dishes and reflects more on a menu more suited to New Zealand’s summery climate. We will create an inspired five-course menu that is easy to recreate at home and really emphasise what can be prepped in advance to make Christmas Day cooking a breeze, so that you can enjoy the company of family and friends. After the morning’s demonstrations, each dish will be served at the dining table with some special local wines to help wash it all down. Merry Christmas!
