Inspired by travels throughout Italy, we share our favourite Italian dishes in our ‘A Day in Italy’ cooking class. Based on a traditional trattoria menu, we will make antipasto dishes, pasta, risotto, bake bread and a delicious dessert that will transport you to Italy for the day.
Along the way, discover tips and secrets that make Italian cuisine so beloved, and learn how to recreate these dishes at home. Cooking and eating are central to family life in Italy, and a long lunch around the school’s dining table with matching wines will follow the demonstrations. Buon appetito.
